Our Lead Minister
Oyiks Alfred
Oyiks Alfred is the visionary and ministry lead of People who win. She is an avid scholar, with a sterling educational history. She is a graduate of three prestigious ivy league schools. Harvard Business School, with a certificate in Sustainability of Business. Oxford University with a certificate in employee management and Cambridge University with a certificate in Neuropsychology. She is also a graduate of the highly-rated London school of business and finance.

Asides from the aforementioned institution, her educational journey spans a degree in sociology/anthropology from the University of Nigeria Nsukka, a postgraduate diploma in business management from the same university, and a master's degree from the University of Ibadan, in policy and planning at education. She is an international conference speaker and has spoken at the United Nations headquarters in New York on employability challenges among African youths. She has worked and consulted for various high-profile local and international organizations, helping them improve the productivity quotient and performance of individuals and work teams.

​As a minister of the gospel, she has been involved in hosting evangelistic and discipleship programs around the world, and has planted several churches, and ministries and established transformational non-governmental organizations. Which have drawn hundreds of thousands into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, as men experience the reality of the Holy Spirit in her meetings.

She is the anchor of my secret place devotion, which according to google analytics, is currently received in 177 nations out of the 193 nations in the world. Oyiks though clergy, has proven to be an astute business professional, mentor, facilitator, and proficient productivity specialist. These are evident from the retinue of well-established ministries, businesses, and high-performing mentees, excelling tremendously in different industries across the world.

She is an author with over 12 books and has developed several productivity templates and resources that are helping people globally to achieve great results at work, life, and ministry. ​She is currently the principal consultant of New Global Access Partners (N-gap) and the convener of Women in God's service. She hosts a mentorship platform called beyond the surface where female professionals, have deepened their walk with God. She serves as the Head of ministry operations at Oak house Church Lagos where her husband Dr. Alfred, is the senior pastor. She is a mother with 4 incredible children.
